About us

A specialized partner for company travel

Latitude Group Travel was built for organizations that need more than a standard travel agency: growing companies running real programs, with real budgets, for people who matter to the business.

Our story

Group travel is a different discipline

Booking travel for one person is a transaction. Moving 150 employees to another country, housing them, feeding them, running a meeting agenda, and getting everyone home on schedule is an operation.

Most companies with 100 to 500 employees discover this the hard way. The trip gets approved, and then it lands on someone in HR or operations who has never negotiated a hotel group contract, never managed a rooming list against a cutoff date, and has a full-time job already.

We exist for that moment. Our team plans corporate retreats, incentive and President's Club programs, conferences, and sales kickoffs across Mexico and the Caribbean — sourcing destinations, negotiating group contracts, managing attendee logistics, coordinating vendors, and running the details on the ground.

We deliberately keep our scope narrow. Two regions, one category of client, one type of trip. That focus is what lets us give a specific recommendation instead of a brochure, and what keeps our supplier relationships strong enough to matter when something needs to change three weeks before departure.

You'll work with a dedicated planning team, not a rotating queue. One point of contact, one plan, and one consolidated company invoice at the end.

What we believe

How we approach every program

Corporate group travel, not vacation packages

We don't book honeymoons or family holidays. Every program we run is a company program, with approvals, budgets, attendee lists, and an outcome someone internally is accountable for.

Two regions, known well

Mexico and the Caribbean. We know which properties handle a 200-person general session, which airports simplify a multi-city arrival day, and which resorts quietly disappoint groups.

We understand the operational side

Room blocks, attrition clauses, cutoff dates, rooming-list deadlines, transfer manifests. The unglamorous mechanics are where group trips go wrong, and where we do our most useful work.

Built for HR and operations leaders

Our clients are people leaders and operators who already have a full job. They need a partner who removes work rather than adding a new project to manage.

The best trips feel easy

When a company trip feels effortless to attendees, it's because the hard work happened months earlier, behind the scenes. That's the standard we plan to.

Travel made easier for growing teams

Tell us about the trip you're considering. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right partner for it.
