Destinations
Two regions. Deep, practical knowledge.
We only plan corporate group travel in Mexico and the Caribbean. These are example destinations we work in regularly — the right one for your program depends on group size, budget, travel time, and meeting needs.

Mexico
Riviera Maya
A stretch of coastline south of Cancun known for large resort campuses, private beaches, and a quieter setting than the hotel zone.
Why it works for corporate groups: Resort campuses here are built for groups, with dedicated conference centers, multiple dining venues, and space for private events without renting out a full property.
Travel access: Roughly 45–90 minutes from Cancun International Airport, with nonstop service from most major U.S. hubs.
Resort and event possibilities: Large all-inclusive campuses, boutique beachfront properties, ballroom and open-air event space, and private beach dinners.
Sample activities: Cenote and jungle excursions · Tulum archaeological site visits · Beach team-building and catamaran days

Mexico
Cancun
The most connected corporate destination in the region, with a dense hotel zone and convention-scale meeting space.
Why it works for corporate groups: Flight access and hotel density make Cancun the easiest destination when attendees are flying in from many U.S. cities on different schedules.
Travel access: Nonstop flights from more than 30 U.S. airports; short transfers to most hotel-zone properties.
Resort and event possibilities: Convention-scale ballrooms, high-capacity room blocks, and full-property buyouts for larger programs.
Sample activities: Isla Mujeres group sailing · Reef snorkeling and water sports · Private beach club events

Mexico
Los Cabos
Desert-meets-ocean scenery on the Baja peninsula, with a concentration of upscale resorts and an executive-level feel.
Why it works for corporate groups: A strong choice for smaller, senior audiences and President's Club programs where the destination itself needs to signal recognition.
Travel access: Nonstop service from West Coast and major central U.S. hubs; roughly 30–45 minutes from the airport to the corridor.
Resort and event possibilities: Luxury resorts, golf clubs, cliffside event terraces, and private villa gatherings.
Sample activities: Yacht and whale-watching charters · Championship golf tournaments · Desert and off-road group excursions

Dominican Republic
Punta Cana
A high-value Caribbean destination with large resort inventory and consistently strong group pricing.
Why it works for corporate groups: Punta Cana often delivers the strongest per-attendee value for larger groups without giving up resort quality or meeting space.
Travel access: Nonstop flights from most East Coast and several central U.S. hubs; short transfers to the resort corridor.
Resort and event possibilities: Extensive all-inclusive campuses, convention space, beachfront event lawns, and group dining venues.
Sample activities: Catamaran and island day trips · Zip-line and adventure parks · Beach olympics and team challenges

Jamaica
Jamaica
Green mountains, distinct regional character, and resort clusters in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, and Negril.
Why it works for corporate groups: A destination with real cultural texture, which works well when a trip is meant to feel like a genuine reward rather than a standard offsite.
Travel access: Nonstop service into Montego Bay from many U.S. hubs; transfers vary by region.
Resort and event possibilities: All-inclusive resorts, boutique properties, private beach and garden event space.
Sample activities: Dunn's River Falls group excursions · Rafting and river tours · Local food and music experiences

Aruba
Aruba
Reliable weather outside the main hurricane belt, walkable resort areas, and a compact, easy-to-manage footprint.
Why it works for corporate groups: Predictable weather and a tight resort district make Aruba a low-risk choice for programs planned around a fixed date.
Travel access: Nonstop flights from several East Coast hubs; short airport transfers.
Resort and event possibilities: Beachfront resorts with meeting space, private beach venues, and hotel event terraces.
Sample activities: Catamaran sails and snorkeling · UTV desert tours · Oranjestad walking and dining experiences

The Bahamas
Bahamas
The shortest Caribbean flight from much of the U.S. East Coast, with large resort and convention properties.
Why it works for corporate groups: Short flight times make it realistic to run a three-day program without losing two days to travel.
Travel access: Under three hours from many East Coast cities; frequent daily service into Nassau.
Resort and event possibilities: Convention-scale resorts, private island buyouts, and marina event venues.
Sample activities: Private island group days · Boating and water sports · Golf and beach team events

Puerto Rico (U.S.)
Puerto Rico
A Caribbean destination with U.S. currency, U.S. mobile service, and no passport requirement for U.S. citizens.
Why it works for corporate groups: Removes the passport hurdle entirely, which matters when a portion of your attendee list may not have current documentation.
Travel access: Domestic-style travel from the U.S. mainland into San Juan; no passport required for U.S. citizens.
Resort and event possibilities: Convention center and resort meeting space, historic venues in Old San Juan, and beachfront properties.
Sample activities: Old San Juan historic tours · El Yunque rainforest excursions · Bioluminescent bay evening trips
